INSTRUCTION FOR LEVELER REPAIR

1. REMOVE BROKEN LEVELER INSERT

2 IF NECESSARY DEBURR EDGES FROM THE CHASSIS. THE LEVELER MOUNTING HOLE

3. MARK POSITION OF TWO 3/32 [2.5mm] HOLES FOR T-NUT REPAIR INSERT MOUNTING SCREWS (HOLES ARE 600 15.25mm APART). FOR MARKING USE T-NUT AS A TEMPLATE.

4 INSTALL T-NUT REPAIR INSERT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE CHASSIS AND SECURE WITH TWO INCLUDED SCREWS WITH LOCKWASHERS AND NUTS INCLUDED M2.3 USE OF LM113 LOCTITE (OR EQUIVALENT) IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

5 IN CASE OF REPLACING LEVELER INSERT HIDDEN UNDER THE ARMATURE, FIRST REMOVE THE ARMATURE FROM THE CHASSIS, THEN INSTALL T-NUT REPAIR INSERT.

6. IN THE CASE THAT THE OLD HOLE CAN NOT BE REUSED, THE T-NUT REPAIR INSERT CAN BE INSTALLED IN ANY PLACE. BUT MAINTAIN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE OLD LOCATION. IN THIS CASE DRILL ADDITIONAL 5/16' (8mm) CENTER HOLE TO ACCOMMODATTE T-NUT INSERT BARREL.
