Cycle fault #25? You'll be needing to clean the pump and replace the Thermal Fuse under the boiler, then recalibrate the boiler. Contact us for instructions.

Bonus tip: Replace the pump inlet filter with an In Line Water Filter, which should prevent this problem from reoccuring. Make sure to add a Reservoir Cap/Filter kit to prevent debris from entering the water reservoir.
